Die Berliner Band Knorkator ist eine schillernde, außergewöhnliche Musikformation, die souverän und verspielt Hardcore Metal mit klassischem Tonsatz verbindet. Die Konzerte sind bizarre Wechselbäder zwischen rüdem Gefluche und zarter Poesie, Pathos und Blödsinn. Seit 1994 brachte die zumeist fünfköpfige Band um Stumpen (Gesang), Alf Ator (Keybords) und Buzz Dee (Gitarre) zehn Studioalben heraus.
